Processing & Delivery Times

Orders shipped to addresses within Croatia are usually delivered within 2–4 business days from the date of dispatch, while international orders may take several weeks depending on the destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • EU countries: 3–10 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of the world: 10–35 business days after dispatch
    (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)

Shipping Costs

Domestic Orders (Croatia)

The standard shipping fee is €4.90.
Free shipping is available for all domestic orders over €100.

International Orders

Shipping to the following countries is charged at a flat rate of €9.00, unless your order qualifies for free shipping:

Free shipping is available for all international orders over €150.

Shipping Method

We use GLS for both domestic and international deliveries. The shipping method (standard or registered delivery) is selected at our discretion depending on the size and weight of your package.

Delivery Times & Responsibility

A signature will be required upon delivery, so please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for undelivered or delayed shipments caused by incorrect address information.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or other external delivery disruptions.

Tracking Number

All shipments include a tracking number. Please note that occasional tracking delays may occur and are beyond our control.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Please note that if your order is shipped outside CROATIA or the EU, it may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Any charges will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.
